Another successful event for Esker.

Esker’s last remaining Finance Improvement Briefing of the year took place in Oxford on 19th November. During the event ‘How to Strengthen Accounting Processes with Document Automation’, industry experts from Esker, Fujitsu and Trustweaver covered some of the key challenges facing companies’ financial operations today – specifically, how to improve the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions by automating paper-based processes.

Alistair Nicholas, MD of Esker Northern Europe, who chaired the event, commented: “This was a very positive event, attended by a wide cross-section of companies. It was good to see lots of interaction amongst the delegates as they exchanged views about the various challenges they face within their financial operations.  I was delighted to learn that a number of organisations came away from the event with an understanding of how Esker can assist their organisations’ finance departments, to eliminate paper-based processes and reap the operational and financial benefits of automated processes.”

Nicholas concluded: “Based on the success of this and previous events we’ve held this year, we aim to schedule a series of events throughout 2014, when we look forward to working further with Fujitsu and Trustweaver.“
